| Butterfly bush is fun to grow and it grows very quickly. It attracts butterflies so you will have lots of butterflies wherever you plant your Buddleia butterfly bush. Our butterfly bushes are sold in mixed colors, but the most common color is the lavender color which is the typical color for a butterfly bush. These make excellent privacy screens if you need a quick, beautiful living plant wall, these will do the trick. Prefers full sun to bloom the best. Once established, the butterfly bush can grow 5 to 8 feet in a single year! One of the best reasons the butterfly bush is chosen. Is because the flowers smell good and it blooms through summer and fall, it has a very long bloom time. Also called the Summer Lilac.

Sizing can vary, but the average height of the plant according to the pot size they are growing in is below. A larger pot size does not always prove a much taller plant, but you will have a larger root system. There will not be any flowers growing when you receive your plant, if the plant is flowering during the time of your order, the flowers will be removed so the plant can have the energy to make it through the mail and stay healthy.

All of our trees ship Bareroot which means they will ship with no soil and no pot. This allows the plants to have a safer trip through the mail as well as to cut down on shipping costs majorly. The roots will be carefully removed from the pot they are growing in, and then wrapped in moist material with the roots sealed up to keep them moist during transit.
