Shipping policy

We typically ship your plants early in the week such as Monday or Tuesday, to help prevent your plant/tree from having to sit in the post office all weekend. We use USPS mainly, but we can also use FedEx or UPS, but additional charges will most likely apply, as those shipping services usually cost more. The carrier is fully responsible for your live plant as soon as it leaves our hands. All packages are covered with $100 insurance included from the carrier.
