Can We Ship To All States?

Can we ship our trees to all states? Can we ship this tree to this state? This is a question that gets asked quite often. We do have which states DO NOT allow a specific tree on each plants description. We ask that you pay very close attention to this. We will have to cancel your order if you purchase a tree that cannot be shipped to your state. However, if we do not catch the mistake and the tree does get shipped out, if the tree gets confiscated you (the buyer) will be at a loss. We do try to have everything in each description so you and us can follow the laws as closely as possible per each stare.

We wish we could ship all of our plants to all states, but many states have rules for specific plants that are not allowed in the state, and some states only allow trees to be sent bareroot (without soil or pot)
