Collecting Japanese Maple Seeds

We are blessed enough to have a grown mature red Japanese maple tree on our land that was planted before we moved to our small 4 acre farm. This tree is one of the most beautiful trees ever. It stays red nearly all growing season long, not just in the fall! It is a pretty small compact tree, we keep it at about 12’ or so tall with pruning. I wanted to share an image of some of the seeds I was just able to collect from the red Japanese maple tree! If your looking to collect some yourself, this is what you will look for! And yes they are small. Red Japanese maple seeds
