Can We Ship Our Trees to All States?
This is a question we often receive. Unfortunately, due to various state regulations, we cannot ship certain trees to specific states. Each plant description on our website clearly indicates which states do not allow the shipment of that particular tree. Please pay close attention to this information.
Important Points to Remember
- State Restrictions: Some states have specific rules that prevent us from shipping certain trees to those locations. California is a common state, however we do have a state license with our plants being inspected at least once per year for pests and other issues.
- Order Cancellations: If you order a tree that cannot be shipped to your state, we will have to cancel your order.
- Confiscation Risk: If an order slips through and gets shipped to a restricted state, the tree may be confiscated, and we cannot offer a refund in such cases.
- Bareroot Shipping: Some states only allow trees to be shipped bareroot (without soil or pot). Most of our plants ship bareroot anyway, so this prevents many issues, less in mail damage, and more affordable shipping rates for you.
