Returns and Refunds Policy

At Weaver Family Farms Nursery, we take great pride in the quality of our live plants. Due to the nature of our products, we do not typically offer returns or refunds. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will do our best to assist you with any issues that arise.

Return Eligibility

We do not accept any returns. Our items are live plants and edible items, we cannot provide returns or refunds on such. 

If you believe you qualify for a return, please contact us through our Contact Us page. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You can find more information on how to reach us on our Contact Us page.

Items Damaged in the Mail

Despite our careful packaging, plants can sometimes be damaged in the mail. All orders come with $50 to $100 insurance per shipment. If your tree is damaged during transit, you can file a claim on the USPS website. Unfortunately, we cannot file the claim for you.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Food Items Such As Nuts
  • Live trees and plants

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. All sales are final.

Refunds

We only offer refunds for special cases where the tree arrived totally dead, scratch test from photos you send prove the dead tree, and no damage to the box for a mail claim.
